I do PE only 2 or 3 times a week...

This is my first post. I've been reading and learning a great deal from this site for a few months now. I've been doing PE off and on for several years but never really understood what I was doing untill I visited this site.

This morning I enjoyed a sweet reward of PE with my wife: a tighter fit.
We hadn't had sex for several weeks and my growth in that period was quite evident. I am 41 and she is 45. We have three children so things have been pretty lose down there for several years. But today it felt like the honeymoon. WOW!

I do PE only 2 or 3 times a week. I do ballooning followed by brief erect jelqing and occasional manual stretching thoughout the day. If I jelq 2 days in a row, I notice a loss of rigidity so I always spread PE days out. I started at 5.5 in. BPEL (several years ago) and am now 7.25. I haven't done any girth measuring but it looks and feels like more. The theory is that ballooning releases prostaglandins that increase the elasticity of the tunica and therefore make stretching more effective.

I also take a variety of herbs and suppliments to keep my hormone levels up.
Otherwise, ballooning at my age is a bit tough.

Suprising newb gains Anyone else

Hello all you fellow PE'ers. I just wanted to introduce myself. I am new to PE and just stumbeled upon thunders site about 2 weeks ago or so.
I have been PEing now since 3/25/07 or about there.

So a little about me. I'm 21 years old and tired of having a small dick. My girlfriend doesn't seem to mind the size of my dick and she even tells me that she doesn't want me to get bigger. I have never had a problem pleasing her in bed.she cums every time we have sex. She has a small mouth so she can barley fit my whole dick in. My dick hits the back of her pussy when we fuck and she makes a hell of allot of noise. So why am I wanting a bigger dick. Well I guess the same reason most of you guys are here.

My starting measurements were 5.5 bpel and 5 eg. I'm am proud to say that this routine really works for me and my current measurement is 6 bpel but so far I've not gained any girth. So a half inch in two and a half weeks ant half bad in my book. And the crazy thing is I've only done it four days a week and maby 45 min at a time. I've been doing jelqs kelgs and some good stretching. I don't do them in any particular order, and I don't really count but I am going to start. I think I will stick with the newb routine for a month or so and then step it up to some advanced exercises and techniques. I am currently kind of soar and the slightest bit bruised so I think I will take a few days off and then really get serious about this.

By the way I'm not trying to gloat I'm just really excited!

I'm glad I'm able to gain so easy but I'm sure it won't keep up. I guess I'm experiencing the newb gains. Wow it would be great to have a 8" dick in two months or so. Not counting on that LOL.

So me and my girl had sex last night and I'm happy to say that she had real trouble fitting my whole dick in her mouth. She had most of it in and I pushed her head down (which she doesn't like oops!) and she gagged and couched really bad. She was mad but normally she can take all of it without doing that . GREAT SUCCESS.
I'm not sure why thats a good thing but it certainly proves I'm getting bigger. Also she came like she hasn't in a while which is also great. We've never had bad sex but man was it good last night.

I haven't told her that I'm doing PE yet I just want to see her reaction as my dick keeps getting bigger and bigger. She hasnt said anything yet but I guess that's hard when you have a dick in your throat. LOL Can't wait till the day when she says "damn your dick seems to be getting bigger". I'm sure that time will come, soon hopefully.

So anyways I just wanted to say thanks so much thunder for organizing this site. It is a blessing to all men. I never thought that I would be able to make my dick bigger, but you have proved me wrong. I can't wait to reach my goal. And thankyou to all the members of the site.

I'm looking foreword to meet some PE friends. And I'm proud to now be a member of this community. Glad I was accepted, lol. Peace to everyone and feel free to comment. I am going to start taking pictures with a ruler and documenting my success, to share and help motivate.

Well, I thought I would start a progress report as I am starting to get lazy. Hopefully this will keep me motivated. I am currently doing only manual stretches and jelqing and kegeling only. That means NO pumping, NO hanging and NO anything besides to do with my hands.

My routine (Currently gained 1+ inch in length and 1/2" in girth):

6 days on / 1 day off

15 x 10 second power stretches (up, down, left, right, straight forward)
30 x 10 second circular stretches
15 x 10 second V-stretches
500 Jelqs about 3 seconds to complete each
5-10 mins of sit and stretch
Kegels about 50 times a day about 5 - 10 seconds each

This was my routine I have used for approximately 4-5 months and I am still gaining with it. I will keep you guys posted on how much I gain from today. Good Luck to all
